High-level strategies and skills are needed to share information, negotiate, question, inform and coach within an organisation, while interpersonal and networking skills are needed to develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, clients and other organisations. You also need the ability to be flexible, to adjust your communication strategies to meet the needs of the individual and the situation.
