Take into account the responsibilities and limitations of your work role and do not act outside these. In complex situations you may need to consult a legal practitioner on behalf of your employer or the person receiving services. Some organisations have links with legal practitioners in private practice who offer pro bono services. Community legal centres are also an affordable source of legal advice and support.
